30th REUNION REPORT

Our official 30th reunion was held on August, 1, 2009. If you weren't able to be there, you were missed! Look in the photo section for photos from the event. We'll look forward to some kind of a report from the reunion committee. Given that this network is now a permanent place to gather, feel free to use the "Events" section here to proactively schedule more informal get-togethers, and feel free to email steve@hargadon.com if you need an announcement to be made to the whole group.

Old Yearbook Photos

Wouldn't it be fun to have a way to associate our senior photos with our profiles here? I imagine it would be a lot of work scanning and cropping--can anything think of a good way to do this?

How to Add Your Yearbook Photo to Your Profile Page

Alan Nelson has done an amazing thing--he's uploaded old yearbook photos from our class! HUGE thanks to Alan.

To add your old yearbook photo to your profile page, I suggest:

1. When signing up, use a current photo (we want to see what you look like now!)

2. Once signed up, do a search in the top search box by your first or last name. Hopefully, you'll see an old photo of you in the results. There should be a caption that says "Photo:" with your name after it. Click on your name.

3. Copy the location of your photo image. (If you're on Windows, right-click your photo and copy the link address.)

4. Go to the "My Page" link at the top of the page, which will take you to your profile page. Look in the middle of the page for a box that says "Text Box." Click on the "Edit" on the top right corner of that box, and put anything you want in the title area ("Me," for example.) Then click in the main text area, and look for the picture icon just above it. Click on the picture icon and copy in the link to your old photo where it says "insert existing image." Click save.
